Opened in August 2000, the Aladdin is the newest mega-resort on the Las Vegas Strip. It replaces the original Aladdin which was imploded in 1998. Whereas the old Aladdin was lost in the crowd, the new property is intended to compete with the stars.
It features a 100,000 square foot casino, a large shopping complex, and 2,600 guest rooms. It is located next door to Paris Las Vegas and across from Bellagio.
